Listings with virtual tours see 8x the online engagement as those without. Our interactive 3D tours allow buyers to explore every corner of a house at their own pace – the closest thing to actually being there! These include “dollhouse” views and floor plans, providing an easy way to visualize the full layout of a home.
Virtual Staging
Homes that look good, sell quickly. Through the magic of virtual staging, we are able to add digital furniture, decorations, landscaping and more to listing photos, so that every home looks its best. This enhancement serves to spark the imagination of buyers who might otherwise overlook the potential of a home.
Video Walkthroughs
Our premier photography packages include professional video walkthroughs, taking a viewer through each room of a home and highlighting all the top features. Through a compelling visual journey of motion and sound, potential buyers are able to fully experience each home’s story and space.
Virtual Showings
With virtual showings, 8z agents can connect with clients through video chats, walking them through a home in real time and answering questions along the way. In addition, our listing search sites have added a Tour via Video Chat feature that allows buyers to request virtual showings on demand.
Virtual Open Houses
Virtual open houses are a powerful tool that allow interested buyers to attend from the comfort and safety of their own home. During these live video events, agents provide a showcase for the home and interact with virtual attendees. This allows us to truly engage serious buyers – without them ever setting foot in our client’s home.
Dynamic Property Sites
Our custom-designed property websites bring homes to life by immersing visitors in a multimedia experience. High quality professional photos, stunning visual effects, 3D tours, and video combine to create a complete property portfolio.
Digital Listing Ads
Digital advertising campaigns are launched for every 8z listing. These location-based ads appear on highly trafficked websites, mobile, and social media. Using behavioral data to target the most likely potential buyers, our digital listing ads reach the right audience at the right time.
Agent Network E-flyers
Getting the word out to other real estate agents is a key component of listing marketing. Our elegant, custom e-flyers are sent out to a network of thousands of local agents, prompting them to set up virtual showings for interested buyers they may be working with.
8z Preview Program
Our unique preview program starts marketing listings before they are even on the MLS, through social media, Zillow, e-alerts, and prominent placement on our website. Video Emails
8z agents have the ability to send emails that immediately start playing a video once they are opened. This slick tool enables agents to quickly communicate a brief message, and make an immediate and lasting impression with their contacts.
Curbside Closings
Through our partner 8z Title, we are now offering non-contact curbside closings at many of our office locations. When the time comes to sign the final documents for a transaction, we provide everything needed to the client, and they remain in their vehicle throughout the process. Closing has never been easier!
